Paste the exact IDs/passwords from First Atlantic Commerce (FAC) and PowerTranz into the plugin settings. Use Sandbox credentials for testing and switch to Live credentials when you’re ready to process real payments.

What You’ll need

• Merchant ID (provided from merchant bank)
• Merchant Processing Password (provided from merchant bank)
• PowerTranz Username (ID) (provided from Powertranz)
• PowerTranz Password (provided from Powertranz)

Steps

1. Go to WooCommerce → Settings → Payments → WebHead CaribPay → Manage/Set up.
2. Toggle Sandbox Mode ON (for testing).
3. Enter your FAC and PowerTranz credentials.
4. Click Save changes.
