If you forget your password, the reset tool emails you a secure link to set a new one—no need to contact support. For security, the link works only for a limited time and only for the email on file. Choose a strong password (long, unique, and not reused elsewhere) to better protect your orders and downloads. If the email doesn’t arrive, check spam or promotions folders and confirm you entered the correct address. After you set a new password, you can immediately log in and continue where you left off.

2. Enter your account email and submit.
3. Follow the email link to set a new password.
