• Set Transaction Type to Authorize (if present in your build).
• After checkout, order is On-hold (authorized).
• When ready to fulfill, open the order → Capture (full/partial).

Refunds & Voids

• Refund: Open order → Refund → amount → Refund via WebHead CaribPay.
• Void: If still authorized and uncaptured, void from order actions (availability may vary by acquirer/flow).

Notes & Logs

• Order notes show each gateway action and response.
• Enable logging in plugin settings for deeper troubleshooting.
